RETURN POLICY
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders placed online with DIO on our website www.dioofficial.com.au or in store establishes an agreement to the below terms and conditions. As a valued customers of DIO, we endeavour to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
If your order is eligible for return or exchange you have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return request. To initiate your return, please visit Make a Return. Please allow 24-48hrs for your return request to be approved.
The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed. Please take caution when trying on garments, we will not except any items with make up marks, stains or smell of perfume or body odor.
Return cost are to be covered by the customer. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process the return request.
PRODUCTION TIMES
MADE TO ORDER
Some orders are specially Made to Order. Production is between 4-6 weeks weeks excluding weekends.
All items that are Made to Order will state this in the description, along with garments production time frame.
All garments that are required to be made within our production time will incur an additional rush fee. Please email info@dioofficial.com.au for more info.
READY TO WEAR
All items that are Ready to Wear will state this in the description.
We offer both standard and express shipping on all orders, calculated at checkout.
Customers will receive confirmation email when items are purchased and when orders are on the way with tracking.
Should you need your order it any sooner please email contact us.
EXCHANGE/RETURNS
Any item that is purchased as part of our Bridesmaid Range is eligible for return or exchange.
Any items purchased as made to order (without customisation), credit notes are available. Items must align with the terms and conditions above.
Those items which require hand sewing are not eligible for return.
Dresses that have been customised or are custom are not eligible return under any circumstances.
All Sale items are final. Any item purchased as part of our sale are not eligible for return. Please get in touch with the team for any assistance with sizing. We donβt accept any returns on sale items.
Any item purchased as part of a Flash Sale (not part of our sale tab) is eligible for exchange only.
QUALITY CONTROL
Customer must not attempt to resolve any damages unless communicated by our customer care team. Please note garments that are damaged through wear and tear, incorrect garment care or have inconsistencies of natural fibres are not considered to be faulty.
FAULTY ITEMS
Products deemed faulty by our team will be eligible for a return or replacement/repaired and will be reimbursed the postage costs providing you keep your postage receipt.
SIZING
Our collection is made in set standard sizes and are not made to fit individual measurements. We do not offer alterations at DIO, you may need to arrange alterations (at your cost) to alter the dress to your desired fit. We have a recommended alterations service, get in touch for info.
