Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed online with SISS STUDIO on our website www.sissstudio.com.au or in store.

EXCHANGE/REFUNDS

Our ready to wear garments (not including customised products) that are in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Customers proceeding with returns are to cover the cost of return postage (unless the item is deemed faulty or otherwise communicated with our team). Customers have 14 days from delivered date to return their order. We will then assess the garment and action the appropriate return method (exchange or refund). Siss Studio only accepts one exchange per styler unless faulty - no refunds.
Dresses that have been purchased in a Split Size or have been customised, as well as custom bridal jackets are not eligible for exchange or refund.

By proceeding with order, it is deemed that customer has agreed to T&C’s regarding specific order including RTW, exclusive drops, custom colouring and bridal.

LEMON DROP

Our Lemon Drop is a curated colour specially custom dyed for Siss Studio. All lemon orders are subject to exchange only, 1 size exchange per dress (subject to avaliablity or until restock). Credit note will be issued if size is sold out.

FAULTY ITEMS

Products deemed faulty by our team will be eligible for a return or replacement/repaired and will be reimbursed the postage costs providing you keep your postage receipt.

SIZING

Our ready to wear collection dresses are made in set standard sizes and are not made to fit individual measurements. We do not offer alterations at Siss Studio. Therefore if you order a dress from the collection, you may need to arrange alterations (at your cost) to alter the dress to your desired fit (ie; alterations to hem or strap). We have a recommended alterations service, get in touch for info.
